Delicious Mocktail Recipes

❄️ Snow days are time for some delicious mocktail recipes! I hope to offer y’all some tasty ideas to help you sip your way through a dry/er January or anytime of year!

These are mocktails I drink on the regular. 🍹 They aren’t overly complicated and are easy to create. Very importantly, for me anyway, was not to replace alcohol with a high calorie, sugary drink. You’ll find these mocktails to be not only yummy but also low in calories.

Honey Crisp Apple Mocktail

I love to use kombucha which is a fermented drink known for its good gut health properties. It’s low in sugar so I sometimes add organic Stevia when making kombucha concoctions. I get mine at Trader Joe for $8. Natural, organic stevia is made from the stevia leaf and won’t spike your blood sugar like corn syrup, processed sugar, honey, etc (Try not to use a stevia with a bunch of junk in it).

FROSTED HONEY CRISP APPLE 🍎
Rim glass with a little honey
Roll in sugar
Ice
4oz Synergy Honey Crisp Apple* or apple juice (additional some calories)
2-3 drops organic Stevia
Top with lime carbonated water
Stir
Cut a small wedge in apple slice so it doesn’t break when adding to rim.

This drink has about 25 calories so make it a double!!

*Found at the Beaumont Kroger in Lexington, KY & it’s my new fave!

Kentucky Sunset Mocktail

💕 My Kentucky Sunset Mocktail is low in sugar and calories so it’s a great cocktail alternative for anyone!

This drink has a little pep in its step with the twang from grapefruit juice. The beauty of adding your own organic stevia is that you can make it as sweet or tart as you wish!

INGREDIENTS:
2 oz Trilogy flavored Synergy kombucha
1 oz 100% Grapefruit juice
3 drops organic Stevia
Top off with Pamplemousse flavored La Croix (other flavors can be substituted)
Add ice and stir
Optional garnish candied orange

Approx 30 calories & 4 grams sugar. (Garnish not included)
